The Board shall continue its commitment to maintaining and promoting equal opportunity and non-discrimination throughout the college community.
The Board of Trustees has adopted the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in accordance with guidelines promulgated by the State of New Jersey and in compliance with the federal statutes and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
